Carefully renovated by Anne and Alain, this house has retained its 19th-century charm while offering high-end comfort and contemporary design. The private spaces, from the 19 m² room to the 48 m² suite, are designed as little havens of peace open to nature. With fields stretching as far as the eye can see, and its 5-hectare park also home to a horse farm, La Romanetière is an exquisite retreat, ideal for exploring the Vercors and Chartreuse regions, not far from the Drôme. The grounds offer large wooded areas where horses, ponies, and chickens roam. The beautiful 6x12m saltwater pool, heated from May to October, its complimentary 5-person Canadian spa, and the charming, cozy lounge invite you to relax. You'll rediscover the benefits of a nap when you try the hammock hidden in the heart of the bamboo grove! For the more active, there are plenty of options: pétanque on a dedicated court, electric mountain bikes available for use, and hiking trails starting right from the house. And for golfers, the 18-hole Grenoble-Charmeil Golf Course is just 5 minutes away! Anne will delight your taste buds with her refined dishes, whose aromas will tantalize your senses. Full of energy and kindness, she is the heart and soul of the house, and no challenge can stand in her way. Alain, for his part, will take care of selecting the wines, share his favorite walking spots, and perhaps even play you a piece on the piano!
