Situated in the heart of the Luberon, our guest house Le Domaine La Parpaille is an epicentre of Provence. Just a stone's throw from some of the region's most beautiful villages (Lourmarin, Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon), thirty minutes from Aix-en-Provence and an hour from Marseille and the Côte d'Azur, our estate is a haven of greenery and freshness. A family inheritance, this 17th-century building has been in our family since 1967. Originally a holiday home, then a meeting place for the Protestant temple of Aix-en-Provence (hence the name La Parpaille - from parpaillot, the Provencal word for Protestant), in 2009 we opened the doors of the original farmhouse to our guests. Little by little, we've expanded and perfected our style so that our home exudes well-being, la dolce vita, rejuvenation and tranquillity. With its mix of authentic and modern, bohemian and trendy, the estate's decor is tastefully designed to relax body and mind. With a soft spot for polished concrete and raw, weathered furniture. With its three swimming pools - two heated and one authentic, all in stone like a period well - the estate is sure to seduce you...
